Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + High OTE (£45,000 - £50,000)

The Company – Major Accounts Executive

Due to a period of significant growth throughout the pandemic, my client is now looking for someone to join their Major/Key Accounts Sales team. You will be responsible for contacting, meeting, and building relationships with blue chip and other prominent clients including FTSE 250.

Based out of Manchester City Centre they work within an incredible interesting sector which is adding fantastic value to businesses by helping them to access funding they are not aware they qualify for. They have also not struggled during the COVID pandemic and instead are looking to grow.

Their office is incredibly fast-paced but the sales targets you’re given are very attainable and incredibly rewarding when you do hit them!

What The Role Entails – Major Accounts Executive

• Effectively seek out and build new business sales opportunities with key stakeholders and business executives to book in appointments.
• Taking ownership and managing your own workload is something my client values highly. There is no micromanagement, they want somebody to think outside the box and develop your own pipeline.
• Keep key clients engaged and interested in products/services for the long-term.

What I am Looking For – Major Accounts Executive

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience within Sales or Recruitment. Relationship-lead sales experience is desirable/beneficial.
• An established track record of building, managing and closing own pipeline.
• Desire for operational rigor and excellence. You thrive to foster growth and evolve processes to accelerate success.
• Knack for quickly deconstructing challenges, then prioritizing steps to tackle them.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in person or on the phone.

Worth noting we are very flexible on salary for this role. It is a new and exciting position.
