Job: DOMICILIARY CARE TEAM LEADER - YARNTON (Kidlington area)

Hours: 30 hours per week (office hours)

Hourly rate: £12.33

An opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Team Leader / Care Coordinator to join the Extra Care Housing team in Yarnton (postcode OX5) The successful candidate will support with the administration of the service and provide direct supervision to the care team under the guidance of the Domiciliary Care Manager. You will be an organised individual with the motivation to work both on your own and as part of a team.

Some of the key duties will include managing rotas and visits, daily supervision of a team of domiciliary carers including induction of new starters, annual leave and payroll, management of the electronic systems and software of care, audits, and care plan reviews.

The role is predominately office-based Monday - Friday, however, you could be asked to deliver care in the event of staff shortages. You will also participate in the on-call rota alongside the management team. Previous experience as Care Coordinator, Care Lead or equivalent is mandatory.
