At this Home we support people who Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs helping to improve their independence within a supported environment and changing their world for the better.

We are looking for a Care Home Manger who:

• Has 2 years’ experience as a Registered Care Home Manager within a Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs setting.
• Undertake service user assessments, review and create care plan documents undertake on-calls.
• Be visible and attend provider forums, meetings and liaise with local authorities and professionals
• Good awareness of CQC legislation, changes and best practice
