Here at QVC we are looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst to join our QVC International Quality Assurance & Inbound Logistics Performance Analytics team, reporting to our QA & IBL Performance Manager. This role can be based at either of our UK Knowsley or Chiswick Business Park sites and Krakow, Poland.
This is a full time contract working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with scope for flexibility, primarily based working from home.
As one of four analysts in our International markets and linking in with our US team you will need to work globally, with an open mindset. You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for the QA and Inbound Logistics teams. You will be required to assess current reporting, review what we have in the pipeline and support stakeholders by creating actionable reporting. Stakeholder engagement is essential along with effective communication and project management skills. The successful candidate will have a passion to build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand how the department supports reporting in the wider QA & IBL Performance function and create visual and interactive reporting.
