REGISTERED DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER

ILFORD ESSEX

Basic Salary £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

Full time - permanent

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s successful team You will be responsible for managing and developing a small team and in doing so continue to ensure industry standards are succeeded As an experienced people manager you will be an inspirational leader who can lead a team to deliver operational excellence across a number of KPI's You will be energetic and enthusiastic with a leading and coaching mentality

You will need to be commercially aware and hold a full understanding of the domiciliary social care sector Also possessing a thorough understanding of safeguarding people and all related legislation Reporting directly to the Regional Registered Manager you will be leading your branch in the achievement of organisational targets and objectives

We are seeking an excellent and effective communicator with the ability to negotiate and influence all stakeholders, demonstrated through your ability to connect with everyone you come into contact with

To be successful in this role you will:

·Hold Level 5 Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards this level

·Have current or previous Registered Managers experience

·Knowledge and experience of CQC inspections and links with Local Authorities and CCG

·Previous experience of growing hours for the domiciliary sector

·Committed to providing an excellent level of care standards company wide

·Dedicated to ensuring the quality of care and the outcomes for people are continuously improved

·Enthusiastic in your approach to challenges

·Assertive in all situations and able to remain calm under pressure

·A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills

·Hold a full driving licence and your own vehicle
