Account Executive

An Account Executive with Fusion is responsible for identifying, engaging, and establishing profitable relationships with mid-size and large enterprise organizations throughout Europe. Specifically, you will:

• Manage complex sales-cycles up through C-level executives while appropriately leveraging internal and external resources
• Successfully and consistently present the value of our Fusion Framework® Continuity Risk Management System™
• Demonstrate the Fusion Framework System in-person and via the web to relevant stakeholders
• Build a pipeline of business opportunities by maintaining active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative prospecting and follow-up
• Forecast sales activity and achieve / over-achieve revenue targets while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
• Respond to prospect requests for product and services information and product trials
• Structure solutions to address prospect requirements
• Work at the direction of the CISO on information security reviews
• Support development and presentation of proposals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international education; or, experience in lieu of degree
• 1-7 years of quota-carrying B2B software, SaaS, or consulting sales, preferably mid-market
• Experience closing complex sales cycles
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
• Strong communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Knowledge of risk and/or business continuity preferred
• Native fluency in English (verbal, written, and business proficiency) required
• Additional verbal, written, and business fluency in additional language(s) (specifically: French, German, and/or Spanish) preferred
• Flexibility to support UK and US business when needed
