They are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their talented team in Derry/Londonderry. This position can be work from home or in the office.

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager you will provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure they fully benefit from our client’s solutions.
In this important role, you will:
- Proactively support customers to excel in their use of our client’s solutions
- Strengthen the Account Management Team’s technical knowledge
- Maintain and update existing manuals and educational content
- Work with the Marketing Team to create technical content
- Create, plan and deliver live topical webinars and video content to new and existing customers
- Help to test the beta versions of software
About You
To be considered as a Customer Success Manager, you will need:
- To be a self-starter
- At least two years’ practical engineering experience (this could include internships)
- A proven track record of effective problem solving in the area of hydraulics or FluidFlow
- Proficiency in simulation and modelling software, ideally FluidFlow
- Technical writing skills
- A BSc degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
Ideally, you will have a Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering. Marketing experience would also be an advantage, as would customer service skills.
