Role: Joinery Tutor/Assessor

Base: Derry City

Contract: Part-Time -15 hours per week

Rutledge Training Ltd is one of NI's leading Training organisations; with a branch network of 15 sites. We deliver government-funded training programmes (Tfs and APPNI); as well as corporate and private training.

We are currently recruiting for Joinery Tutor/Assessor; to deliver at our workshop in Derry.This is a Part-Time position, 15 hours (2 days) per week.

The ideal candidate will be CIT qualified (Certificate in Teaching); with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Construction or Joinery; and hold the A1 Assessors Award to enable them to assess candidates.

The Essential Mix

= GCSE/Level 2 Maths and English (Grade A*- C)

= Level 3 Joinery/Construction qualification

= Certificate in Teaching Qualification (or working towards)

= Minimum 1 years experience working in joinery/construction setting

= Full Driving License and Access to Transport for business use

Desirable:

= Relevant Assessing Qualification (A1, D32/3, TAQA)

= Experience of Assessing candidates

= Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
