As a Registered Nurse you will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.

Job RequirementsAbout you - You must be a Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
- Experience on overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Able to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
About our Home: Located in St Helens, Victoria is a friendly care home, offering General Nursing and Dementia care.
- Current Home Manager has worked in the home for 12 years (has been HM for the past 6). She started out as a General Nurse, then a Dementia Unit Manager before eventually becoming Home Manager.
- Lots of development opportunities within the home as they look to nurture their team - again the current Deputy Manager worked originally as a nurse in the home
- Transport links - the home is on the border of quite a lot of main towns. You're not far from Liverpool, Southport, Manchester
- The home is also near a train station but with obviously with it being a village, it's not great so it is better if you drive
- We have Care Assistants that have worked in the home for 20 + years
- Lots of staff bring relatives to live in the home and they've also got family members who work there (nice environment to live and work)
- CQC rating is good - the home have never had a bad CQC inspection
