Compliance Manager

This is a newly created role on the Governance Team working with the Group Head of Governance and the Deputy Company Secretary to deliver first class compliance management to the business.

This role would suit someone with demonstrable compliance management experience and a high level of global entity management experience. Able to exercise good judgement and provide a proactive service to our internal clients (other business areas).

What will I be delivering?

You will deliver compliance oversight and management for our stakeholders.

You will be overseeing and managing compliance across all areas of the business from managing supplier due diligence and responding to client RFIs; to supporting business continuity planning and developing new compliance policies and training them out to the business.

This is a wide-ranging role, working closely with the Governance Team, and a unique opportunity to make the role your own.

Examples of other areas the role will cover include:

• Responsible for investigating and responding to alleged violations of our compliance policies;
• Being the go-to person on the Governance Team for advice on compliance matters, keeping on top of latest developments in relevant legislation and implementing appropriate changes were needed;
• Embedding new compliance practices into the business;
• Developing and delivering management information on Governance Team activities, including metrics; and
• Supporting the Company’s risk management procedure.
