Home Carer | HCA | Health Care Assistant

Kare Plus Hastings is currently recruiting for a Home Carer to provide outstanding care and support for our customers based in their own homes in Hastings, Ore, St. Leonards, Bexhill and surrounding areas.

The Candidate

We can only consider a Carer with:

• Experience, but is not essential as we provide an excellent on-going training program.
• A full UK driving license and your own transport.
• Compassionate and empathetic values towards customers’ needs and choices.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work every other weekend (either of the below shift patterns)

The Customers

The customers we work with have a variety of health and social care needs including needing support in the following areas:

• Personal care.
• End of life care.
• Medication.
• Meal preparation.
• Shopping and Domestic.
• Companionship.

There are various shift patterns available for a Carer which include:

• 7am to 12pm
• 12pm to 5pm
• 5pm-10pm
