My client is looking for 10 temps to join their Memberships team in January on a temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to provide advisory support to members by delivering a professional and exemplary level of customer service, which includes exploring solutions to complex member queries through effective, high quality conversations. This is a phone based role, working on outbound campaigns to the company's trade members so it is essential not to be phone shy!

Main duties

• Recognise disengaged members to ensure that the correct course of action is taken in order to support and guide, with a focus on recognising the potential to add value to the membership.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with members, whilst always seeking to understand their needs to grow their business.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings and department workshops to increase product knowledge to ensure focus is maintained on department objectives and company goals.
• Through the use of objection handling skills, you will work with the trade to seek the best possible resolution together. Exploring up-sell opportunities all through the effective use of rapport building, honest feedback and advice to enhance the trades membership experience.

• Ability to balance workloads whilst prioritising numerous tasks, always ensuring the operational needs and departmental goals are achieved daily.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
