Are you experienced in building and rolling out talent development and recruitment agendas within an internal recruitment function? We are looking to find a competent Recruitment and Talent Development Manager to join our market leading client on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working closely with key stakeholders throughout the UK business, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of talent and leadership development programmes that align to key corporate objectives. The Talent Manager will ensure that recruitment and talent acquisition strategies are effective, whilst making sure that internal talent can flourish.
Candidates MUST have experience of delivering talent development strategies, along with experience of working with an internal recruitment function. This is NOT a day-to-day Internal Recruiter role so please only apply if you have experience of managing talent development programmes and projects!
Initially a remote role, the successful candidate will be expected to base themselves from the Slough office in the near future so candidates must be within a commutable distance of the head office and be able to undertake some UK travel.
