Systems Project Co-ordinator – 6-month FTC - £30,000 - £34,800 – Home based - Remote

Do you have experience as a Project Co-ordinator? Have you worked for a large organisation within a projects or programme implementation team?

One of Portsmouth’s largest and most reputable organisations is currently looking for a skilled Project Co-ordinator who will be supporting one of the most significant programmes of change within the organisation and working alongside an experienced Programme Management team.

You will be a first point of contact for programme-related enquiries within the System Projects Office and will need to be able to grasp new concepts quickly, be proactive in following up actions, and able to engage with key stakeholders to redirect queries when necessary.You will be working collaboratively with the programme team managing smaller sub-projects from inception to completion.Additionally, you will have great organisational skills, monitoring the central programme inbox and calendar, planning and scheduling meetings for programme boards, workshops, and demonstrations, and collating and disseminating information and actions from those sessions.You will have experience of working with stakeholders at all levels and should be able to work on multiple areas of work by managing your time efficiently and effectively.
