We aim to build workforce management software that enriches the lives of those who use it. As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the end to end user experience of both organisational users and clinicians. You will be responsible for strengthening a multi-disciplinary design function within Product. This includes design strategy, user research and user experience design.
You’ll lead the design function and be responsible for Identifying core pains of the healthcare profession when it comes to scheduling and communicating with staff to fill shifts to safe staffing levels, in line with complex rules and regulations.
You’ll be leading the charge on solving complex user problems in close partnership with our users, the rest of Engineering Product and Design (EPD) and the rest of the business (sales and operations). Ultimately with the goal of helping us achieve our mission, to unite the world’s healthcare professionals and healthcare systems, so that they can deliver the very best patient care, together.
