Area Business Manager - Roofing- up to £55k

The Role:

• As an Area Business Manager your responsibilities will be to secure specifications with Architects, Surveyors and see the project through to Roofing Contractors.
• You will target specifications throughout the geographical area of South London, Surrey and West Sussex.
• A key part of your role will be carrying out Roof Surveys and assessments.
• £45k-£55k +£15k-£25k OTE, Car + benefits.

The Ideal Person:

• Ideally to apply for this role of Area Business Manager you will need to have experience in Specification Roofing Sales and dealing with surveyors.
• Individuals with a broader waterproofing background within construction sales will also be considered.
• You'll be confident carrying out Roof Surveys and assessments.
• You will have a ‘can do' attitude and be a team player.
