You will be working within the busy Workforce Development Team, supporting the organisation to drive forward its ambitions to become a learning powered organisation and meet its apprenticeship target. You will provide learning support by managing, developing and being accountable for the Council's internal learning management system and supporting high-level projects/digital initiatives across the wider team/council.
You will be passionate about learning and development with a keen eye for detail, strong digital design skills and experience of building positive working relationships with managers, staff and training providers. You will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
