The Role: HR Admin Assistant – H&S Admin Assistant –Waste Management – Environmental
Location: London, Staines
Salary: £20k -£25k
The Company Our client operates in the environmental sector, a strong, stable industry sector. This is a new role to provide administrative support to the H&S Manager based at their waste recycling facility. This is an opportunity where you will gain exposure across varied business projects and administration, with the key focus being H&S and HR.
• As Office Administrator you will provide business administrative support to our Health and Safety Manager.
• You will manage their diary appointments, arrange and co-ordinate meetings with staff and contractors.
·You will create and update records and databases working with confidential personal and financial information.
·You will maintain accurate records for employees.
·You will prepare and amend employee documents as directed.
·You will prepare and amend documents detailing Health and Safety information.
·The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, and a practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular strong Excel skills.
·You will assist other administrative colleagues whenever necessary and work as a positive team.
The Ideal Candidate
·The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar administrative support role, ideally with either HR or Health and Safety experience.
·The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills.
·You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·The ideal candidate will have a positive, cheery and can do personality and attitude.
·Our client is open to industry sectors, waste management, construction, manufacturing or logistics would be ideal industries to have this type of administration support experience.
