Commercial Solicitor - The highly regarded commercial team of this major North West firm is looking to attract an Associate or Senior Associate to advise on both on a rather of commercial matters and project work.

• Previous Experience: Strong background in commercial work whether supply / distribution, franchise, agency work.

VAST RANGE OF WORK ON OFFER

The department boasts a broad range of clients, operating in various sectors from general industry including retail, leisure and manufacturing. Lawyers also represent a number of clients in spacialised area such as telecoms.

In general terms, the department advises on all manner of commercial agreements including areas such as IP. As well as the day-to-day advice, the department also provides support, where necessary, for the corporate team particularly in areas such as due diligence.

PROJECTS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE ADVANTAGE

Our client is looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate with proven experience of advising on commercial matters. Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills. This role would suit anyone looking to broaden their horizons at a larger firm with a strong national presence advising a range of clients including household names / brands.
