Sales Manager

My client, a leading company based in West London are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager. The role will initially be looking after local sales before developing into a National role.

The role will involve -

• Increasing sales across the London and M25 area
• Creating new leads by various means including marketing campaigns and acitivites
• Target and build relationships within various and key groups including engineering companies, contractors and construction companies as well as end clients and developers in key sectors
• Supporting design team with preparing quotes
• Regularly following up leads and quotes using CRM software
• Keeping CRM system up to date
• Keeping website content up to date
• Work closely with Managing Director and design team on projects
• Play a key role in management meetings
• Prepare sales reports and analyse date from CRM
• Review and analyse the results of marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate will have -

• Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience within MEP
• Knowledge of and relations with companies trading within MEP
• MEP engineering experience
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
• Follow up and relationship building experience
• Marketing and website content management experience would be desirable
