This organisation is one of the fastest-growing EdTech businesses in the world. Growing rapidly through acquisition they have bought 4 education software business in 2020 and plan to do the same in 2021. With substantial funding available it is a very exciting time to join a business that has developed a strong portfolio of MIS / SAAS Data software products.
As this organisation grows and integrates with new businesses there is a requirement to integrate their sales, customer success and marketing teams. It is essential that all parts of the organisation work together, have visibility of each other and can cooperate strategically. This is where the CRM system comes in to play.
At the very early stages of implementation, they require a CRM Business Systems Analyst to assist in the implementation, data integration, data mapping and systems configuration. Working across various sales and marketing functions you will map workflows and business processes, manage change requests and work with the 3rd party CRM provider to deliver more complex change and data integration. You'll also ensure that users across the business adopt the system positively and offer training and system onboarding support.
Of course, as new organisations join the family you'll be responsible for onboarding and integrating them in to the CRM ecosystem, so this role will continue to grow and develop, as such it offers a true long term career opportunity. Our ideal candidate will have been involved in implementing a bespoke enterprise software application, ideally, a CRM system previously and have experience of the pitfalls and problems and come with answers and solutions.
There is some flexibility regarding salary but the range is somewhere between 38k - 45k. The role is also 100% remote with occasional travel the sites in Essex or South Yorkshire.
