IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS

• £9.45 weekdays

• £11.45 per hour weekends

• 24 or 30 or 35 hours per week

• Travel time and mileage paid

• RAC breakdown cover

• Free DBS & Uniform

• Various shifts between the hours of 7.00am - 10.00 pm

• Alternative weekends

• Must be a Car Driver with own car

Our Blue Chip client are seeking dedicated Care Staff to join this growing team in supporting service users who are being discharged from the hospital to return home during the period of rehabilitation. You must be a caring person, a problem solver, able to think on your feet and have experience as a Care Assistant in the Community or Care Home or Domiciliary Care.

Ideally you will

• Have experience of providing personal care & hygiene

• Assist with reviewing and updating individual tailored reenablement plans and risk assessments on a regular basis.

• To assist clients with mobility issues

• To support clients with daily living takes such as domestic cleaning and shopping

• Assist clients with meal planning, preparation and cooking

• To escort clients to appointments, GP’s, hospital and other required journeys

• Promote service user’s privacy, dignity, choice, safety, confidentiality and independence.

• Reliability

• Caring, kind, polite and empathetic
