Clerk of Works (2-year fixed term contract)
Brighton, East Sussex
Up to £55,000 + bonus, pension, healthcare

Carriera is working with a construction consultancy who work across a multitude of sectors including residential, commercial, urban regeneration, retail and healthcare. Their service offering includes project and cost management, building surveying, m&e and civil engineering and urban planning. Typically, projects range from £1m to £200m.

About the role

As a clerk of works you will be working on a landmark healthcare project in Brighton. Currently, the project is broken down into three different phases due to its size and complexity. Phase 1 is currently on site, phase 2 is at design stage and phase 3 doesn’t finish until 2026 hence is at the very beginning of the project lifecycle.

About you

·Prior experience on similar sized schemes is advantageous

·NEC Supervisor experience is desirable

·Membership of the Institute of Clerks of Works is desirable
