Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to work within the IT Business Analysis team - responsible for opportunity and problem definition, analysis, and understanding of Arm's functions and processes, as well as the elicitation of requirements for challenging change initiatives within Arm.

The Information Technology group at Arm provides a variety of services to support existing and future commercial activities through working closely with the global enterprise to develop business change initiatives. Our team collaborates with wider Arm to deliver value through business change to support Arm's growth in an agile, resilient and scalable way.

As an experienced business analyst, you will promote the Business Analysis function by delivering real value to the teams you are working with and building the overall capability of the team by sharing this knowledge with other BAs.

You would join a large and engaging functional team and will work day to day within product teams, alongside Product Managers & Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, UX and architects as well as acting as a key partner to business functions across Arm.

We have made a strategic shift towards a more agile ways of working in IT. As an integral part of the IT delivery capability, the Business Analysis team have a key part to play in this ensuring the success of transformation.

About the role

• Independent investigation, scoping, planning and execution of business analysis activities and work for specified initiatives
• Investigating complex business problems or opportunities and working with people around Arm to find the optimal solution
• Look at the "bigger picture" to handle dependencies and ensure value delivery across multiple teams
• Working with business leaders to build clear and persuasive business cases for future change
• Collaborating with enterprise architects and business partners to assist in the development of solution roadmaps to meet business needs
• Production of requirements and other documentation, as needed for each individual project, in accordance with internal standards and procedures
• Facilitate the development of customer requirements, user stories, owning the interaction with internal business requirements, prioritising and de-conflicting where necessary
• Facilitate the promotion and development of the Business Analysis function within Arm
• Providing guidance and support to a team of Business Analysts
