The home is fully CQC compliant and caters to adults with more complex nursing needs resulting from spinal injuries, ABIs and neurological conditions. Details of the Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering: • A permanent contract to work 39 hours per week, usually worked as 3 long days on a flexible, 7 day rota • Competitive pay rates of £17.29 per hour plus paid breaks, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates and equates to an annual salary in the region of £35,000 • Free staff parking As Staff Nurse, you will coordinate and implement care plans, manage and administer medications and ensure that a high quality clinical and personal care service is maintained, working in collaboration with the HCAs on duty.
