Medical Secretary/ Administrative Assistant Part-Time

28.75 hrs. (0.77 WTE) Permanent Contract
£ 22,700 – 24,973 Pro rata
The Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service requires a professional part-time
Administrative Assistant. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to our team of Occupational Health Physiotherapists based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh; facilitating the smooth running of the service. You will also provide professional support to the administrative staff of the service on other sites. You should be self-motivated, have good organisational and communication skills. Accurate word processing and audio typing skills using medical terminology is required. Administrative experience is essential along with advanced skills in software packages (Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint). Experience with Access database management would be advantageous.
