As part of a substantial property group, our client is seeking additional residential surveyors to undertake a range of surveys and valuations for secured lending primarily.

In keeping with their 'surveyor first' ethos, they offer successful residential surveyors lucrative ZERO threshold bonus scheme alongside a highly competitive basic salary (up to £70k), company car, pension scheme and private health care.

Utilizing tablet technology, coupled with an excellent central support team they provide residential surveyors with the best opportunities possible to both maximize their workflow and therefore OTE, as well as maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Due to increased instruction levels they are now expanding their operation and are happy to consider experienced and active MRICS/AssocRICS residential surveyors (holding VRS) to cover the following areas:
