The Opportunity: Nigel Wright has been appointed by a large high volume, high sku count, low value building products manufacturer and distributor to recruit a National Account Manager for their eCommere customer base. The role is home based with UK coverage and would suit someone located in Yorkshire, Lancashire, the East Midalnds, or the West Midlands (other locations will be considered). The position is newly created due to a continuous growth trend in eCommerce sales. Role Profile:
Managing circa 20 existing eCommerce customers (independent building products on-line re-sellers and amazone re-sellers).
Maintaining communication channels with customers via phone, email, face to face and videao call meetings.
Driving increased online ordering.
P + L management.
Utilising analytics to track sales trends.
Range and prodcut mix analysis.
Experience of managing independent eCommerce re-sellers and independent amazon re-sellers.
Building products or DIY sector experience would be preferable, but is not essential.
Comfortable with sporadic overnight stays for customer meetings.
Experience in P + L management, gap analysis and range, pricing and trend analysis.
Comfortable with IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs etc).
