Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent their client with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our client's team, the position is going to be Maternity Cover, with a contract for approximately month's (with flexibility for extension)
Your main responsibilities will include Admin support/assistance to the Procurement Department
The hours of work are 8.30 - 4.35 Monday - Friday. The salary is between £17'500 - £19'000.
There will be home working involved with the role.

Comply with all HSE requirements including safety policies and procedures. Conversion of capital, revenue and service requisitions in SAP to purchase orders in support of procurement team Conversion of stock orders in SAP to purchase orders in support of procurement team Expediting of purchase orders and maintaining SAP to ensure on time delivery Generating new vendors in SAP Keeping SAP records up to date with regards to pricing, material and vendor details Expediting proforma invoices, generating MPRs and updating MPR log Supporting procurement team by logging raw material quotations Supporting procurement team by maintaining use test log Supporting procurement team by maintaining supplier contact log Keeping contract database up to date Support raw material supplier approval as required Communicating with and supporting internal customers and suppliers Provide support to new product enquiries
