Senior Project Manager, Residential - Global Construction Consultancy
Generous salary + car
Our client is a well established innovative global real estate and infrastructure consultancy, with offices in Manchester and other key UK cities who work with a variety of high calibre and long-standing clients across a number of sectors.
Due to the winning of a number of high profile residential projects they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their existing Project Management team and work with their clients on delivering their projects while managing the existing key accounts and developing new and existing relationships.
The residential projects currently being undertaken by the company include the largest regeneration project in the region as well as a long list of other high profile projects covering a mix of high rise, low rise, social housing and BTR.
The successful SPM will represent the developer on their key projects in both the pre-contract and delivery phases. You will be responsible for managing client meetings, managing the key stakeholders on the project and occasionally take part in business development activities if desired on behalf of your company. The role reports directly into the Associate Director of Residential Project Management. You can expect to play a key role in delivering high profile and interesting projects across the North West.
As Senior Project Manager you will have a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in the residential sector and hold professional qualifications and memberships.
Experience of working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations
Experience of working on residential schemes or mixed-use regeneration schemes
Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment
This is very much a delivery role, and whilst you will work closely with the Associate Director of PM to develop and plan the growth of the Project Management business, you will also work to the continued integration of the other consultancy services within the internal business units.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with an exciting pipeline of work, that despite the ongoing pandemic are committed to growing their teams.
