Business Analyst - Trainee

TRAINING IS AT NO COST IF YOU LIVE IN WALES, AND ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED EARNING LESS THAN £26,000

We have a pool of employers who are looking to employ someone for a role as a Business Analyst. The candidate does not need to have any previous experience since all the necessary training required for the role will be provided.

If the candidate successfully completes all the training, they will be offered the job. This is due to a severe skills shortage we are currently facing.

If you are looking for a route into Business Analysis but do not have any experience, skills or qualifications, but you a) have a good understanding of business operations and processes b) are fully committed to pursue a career in Business Analysis and c) are a quick learner, then you could be just the person we are looking for.

We are looking to onboard someone with the right attitude and provide the necessary training, hands-on-experience, certifications and then, once completed we will offer a job.

Our training and upskilling process runs for a period of 6 months and occurs as a combination of eLearning and virtual classrooms.

• Enjoy research and identifying problems
• Have critical thinking skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Be organised and self-motivated
