Following the recent acquisitions of King Street Townhouse, Great John Street Hotel and 100 King Street to join Hale Country Club & Spa, the THG Experience division continues to go from strength to strength in transforming the hospitality and retail landscape in the North West.
Due to open in 2021, 100 King Street will be transformed into a ‘World of THG’ contemporary retail and marketing experience, designed to showcase our leading Health & Beauty brands.
As we gear up the opening, we are looking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion or beauty retail to help with planning, development and the day to day operations once open.
Proven retail management experience in a large-scale, luxury retail environment (ideally luxury Fashion or Beauty)
Experience in creating experiential retail spaces/concept stores
Experience of monitoring consumer trends and implementing change accordingly
Have experience of project managing new retail site openings
Developing and delivering training to all site employees, instilling a mindset befitting of the environment and products
Strong communication skills and be a natural relationship builder with the commercial acumen to drive and increase proficiency
Be able to work with multiple stakeholders and brand managers across the business
Have excellent attention to detail and the mindset to lead from the front in driving a best in class service
