We are recruiting a future leader for our client. An ambitious Cost Manager capable of taking the lead on some of Cambridgeshire's biggest and best projects. You will be working on projects that challenge ordinary and always more complex and innovative than the last.
The firm has developed a worldwide reputation for providing a comprehensive and value driven service for their clients in the public and commercial sectors. You will be part of a Cost Management team that covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Projects are procured from a core of regular repeat clients and typically range in value from £5m - £50m, with some over £250m. Having also secured places on a number of frameworks, the team is expanding to deliver an exciting mix of projects across a range of sectors. A heavy bias will be on Higher Education work representing some of the world’s highest-ranking Universities, healthcare, public and private sector science and commercial developments.
As an Associate Cost Manager, you will lead and deliver in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. With a passion for first class service delivery, you will drive performance standards to ensure a professional, premium quality services to the construction industry. The role will be fully client facing and you will be a take every opportunity to uphold and increase the company’s profile as one of the best.
Interest is welcome from Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. You will need a solid career history, ideally working on behalf of a recognised Consultant or Cost Consultancy. Cross Sector experience is preferred but exposure to Higher Education, Healthcare, Science and Commercial sector experience would be advantageous.
