We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrator who can hit the ground running
Responsibilities include: * Greet Visitors * Answer phone calls * Keep Records * Checking documents * Filing * Liaising with clients * Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area at all times * General administrative duties e.g. photocopying and distribution of copies * Setting up meeting rooms * Arranging drinks and catering as required
Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
