Our client, a well-respected insurance broker based in Cardiff is looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Sales Executives, generating appointments and co-ordinating the daily diary movements. The duties of the role will involve speaking to both new and existing customers in order to gather information about their current Insurance policies, fact find and identify potential requirements with a view to making appointments for the Executive / Director to review their potential insurance needs.
Our client is a well-established, independent insurance broker that caters for all aspects of commercial Insurance products.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in a telesales / appointment making environment dealing with outbound calls. You will be sales focused with the ability to build relationships at board level and more importantly close deals. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with Strong analytical, interpretation, organisational and time management skills. Insurance Appointment making experience is preferred for this role although it is not essential as good B2B telesales experience will be considered.
