Merchandising and Instore Retail Work

Here at Wave we represent brands across multiple retail and event environments - creating exciting and inspiring brand experiences that increase engagement and drive sales.

Due to increasing demand we are looking for retail professionals to join the team at WAVE and work with global brands and to complete ad-hoc work in a retail environment , offering some flexibility on when our work is carried out.

The Role:

Below is an idea to the variety of work we do in a retail environment, Our work typically ranges between 45mins to 1 Hour for individual visits so in theory multiple calls can be done flexibly around other commitment’s you have.

Merchandising – driving sales for our Clients and Retail outlets by ensuring great visibility and availability of key Brands.

Point of Sale Placement – ensuring key Promotional messages are communicated to the Consumer through siting additional displays and Point of Sale Materials.

Mystery Shopping – following a detailed Mystery Mission Briefing you will visit and test any environment from Retailers or Pop-ups to bars and restaurants.

Active Selling – To actively sell a product means that your goal is to make consumers/customers aware that your products exists, and to actively convince them through F&Bs that they need to/should buy it.

Compliance Audit – Ensuring retailer compliance to brand standards, checking planograms and stock.

The Package:

-Competitive hourly rate – this may vary based on the tasks required

-Mileage Expenses ( Capped to 14 Miles approx)

-Group training events

-Flexible working hours, chosen by you within the activity timeframes

About You:

Wave would like to speak to candidates who are dynamic, confident and who are able to work flexibly.

Although experience within Retail and Field Marketing is a plus, it isn’t essential.

Essential Criteria

-Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

-Use of a smart phone supporting iOS or Android Software

-Happy to work under a zero-hour contract / Casual working agreement
