Chappell Enterprises UK are recruiting an Experienced individual to join our very reputable clients as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in Didcot.
This is a hands on role where you will be expected to work on your own initiative as well as lead a small team.
The role will but not be limited to:
·Vegetation clearance
·Shrub beds
·Grass cutting, stimming and Mowing
·Hegde Cutting by hand
·Grounds Maintenance
·General pruning and maintenance of trees as directed.
·Weed control
·Gritting and snow control
Essential
·Driving license
·Grounds maintenance experience
·Horticultural experience - maintenance, weeding, sweeping
·Be highly motivated and able to work to an extremely high standard of both safety and quality
·Candidates should live in within 30 minutes of Didcot
Desirable
·Tow chippers / trailers license
·C1 license entitlement (7.5 Ton)
·CSCS card
·Chainsaw License
In return you will receive an hourly rate paid between £10.00 & £11.00 depending on experience.You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am
