The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Breakfast Manager to join the team looking after breakfast service. As Breakfast Manager you will be required to lead the breakfast operation to ensure a seamless guest service delivery. You will ideally currently be working in an assistant or F&B hotel assistant managerial role within a hotel and looking for the next step in your career. Strong leadership, a passion for service excellence and a determination to be the best along with experience of breakfast service within a hotel environment is essential.
