We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably with a background in an agency environment. This person must have a strong attention to detail, along with experience in digital marketing, business development, sales pitching, producing proposals, conducting client visits, sharing technical knowledge, reporting and analytics. This person has the opportunity to be a trailblazer within a very noisy industry.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign ideation, co-ordination and implementation, ensuring end-to-end delivery is successful for all internal and external campaigns.
- Management and accountability for the marketing calendar, budget and the overall marketing output.
- Working alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and the Head of Strategy to outline and define the marketing strategy, ensuring it is in line with a collective set of internal and external business and sales objectives.
- Provide clear and concise, key objective based reports to the Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing on campaign analytics and all marketing activity.
- Collaborates with the Sales Manager to ensure a joined-up approach maximizing ROI.
- Works closely with key stakeholders in all parts of the business, ensuring marketing is being considered throughout all project stages.
- Outline the PR strategy for the business whilst using our external agency and key internal stakeholders to manage the delivery.
- Seek new partnerships for PR and press opportunities by engaging with bloggers, journalists, reviewers and magazines around event content and themes to generate reviews and publications.
- Operationally manage the marketing team including specific internal line manager duties.
- The management of all external marketing partnerships, including sponsorship deals, award applications, festivals and brand awareness events.
- The oversight of website changes, traffic and data, whilst trying to maximise value in line with the digital marketing strategy.
- Management of the email marketing funnel and Mailchimp account.
- Content and videography management on projects, including files being appropriately saved with usage rights and GDPR signed model release forms.
- The oversight and management of Identify, our vlog channel, ensuring regular engaging content is produced and shared across the relevant platforms, whilst demonstrating objectivity aligned with client acquisition.
- Is responsible for Identity sponsorship and awards applications and partnerships.
- Carry out market research, keeping up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends and reporting on these to the Senior Leadership Team.
- The management of all Identity branded assets, including uniform, stationary, vehicle signage amongst others.

- An understanding of trends and how to analyse industry movements.
- Past experience using marketing software such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress website, Google Analytics and Survey Monkey.
- Have experience in presenting and explaining complex capabilities to a non-technical audience.
- Line management experience.
- Be able to successfully network within various environments.
