The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in running the overall project management and co-ordination of all project activities on the project.
\t Assist in the production of the GRIP Master Deliverables List. \t Assist in maintaining records of the appointments of the DPE and discipline Project Engineers (PEs). \t Under CDM Regulations, support the Principal Designer in producing and distributing a Hazard Record and Risk Analysis and enable sharing of information between organisations. \t Assist in the planning, monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of the project on a periodical basis. \t Assist in monitoring and reporting on the programme performance of the project on a periodical basis, particularly with respect to project stage gates put in place. \t Assist in managing the change control process and implement change due to changes in standards where appropriate and on the advice of the DPE. \t Monitor the risk profile of the project, escalating any high-profile risks to the Project Manager.

\t Experience of working in and leading multidisciplinary design teams. \t Design & Build experience \t Membership of a Professional body with appropriate professional qualifications desirable (MAPM, MICE etc) \t Strong commercial and communication skills. \t Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance or project management related areas an advantage.
