MM Flowers are seeking to add to the team, an experienced proactive Commercial Manager ready to develop and build new growth opportunities.
JOB TITLE: Commercial Manager (Digital Channels) REPORTING TO: Head of Commercial DEPARTMENT: Commercial LOCATION: Alconbury, Huntingdon
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Putting customers first you will support the development and implementation of commercial strategies across a portfolio of existing online customers, building true partnership relationships and taking responsibility for commercial performance. • Taking the lead on expanding our digital customer base, spotting opportunities, and exploring and securing new relationships to create commercial value. • In collaboration with internal teams, deliver regular reporting to help improve performance and to inform decision making. • With a strong understanding of commercial performance, maximise the levers a business can use to influence performance. • Regularly reporting and presenting internally and externally. • Proactive and Flexible – able to take responsibility to get things done and willing to ‘roll up your sleeves and’ get stuck in whenever needed. • Overall responsibility for customer relationship management for new products, engaging the product developer in proactive ways to build the relationship and where possible influence the direction of development.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Experience in, and a passion for, the on-line/digital space to deliver value and quality. • Strong understanding of digital sales methods, PPC, Google ads etc. • Proven project management skills are required, which demonstrate that you take great care in your work to deliver. • First class communicator, at all levels internally and externally • Calm under pressure • High attention to detail • Experience of delivering customer presentations. • The ability to recognise opportunities and convert sales. • A resilient personality with the ability to perform well under pressure. • Demonstrate a flexible working attitude, to support the business through key seasonal trading periods. • Proactive approach with a determination to deliver excellence for the customer and our organisation. • Determination to prove your capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
