Reporting to the EMEA Clinical Manager, the Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be supporting the team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards to clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical prospective, as well as supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors. Primary Duties and Responsibilities : - Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our EMEA doctors - Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among EMEA doctors - Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning and SPARK APPROVER utilization - Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams, in order to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules - Validation alongside the Marketing/Education teams all clinical claims, case studies, publications #LI-EU Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS : - Bachelor's degree in dentistry/medical/orthodontics - Comprehensive knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics - Fluent English is mandatory and knowledge of any other additional European language is a plus - Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region - Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization - Willingness to travel (up to 25%) Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
