Business Development Manager Digital Marketing Agency
From £28,000 to £32,000 per annum Plus additional commission structure

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take a key role within the business development team of an ambitious digital marketing agency, and be an intrinsic part of its future success. Specifically, this role will provide you with: A lead role in building-out the commercial strategy (new business, business development and marketing) for the agency. This will include: how to increase the agency’s profile; how to strengthen and maximise existing accounts; how to reinvigorate lapsed / old client relationships; building new brand relationships; winning new business. As such we are searching for an individual with:
Exceptional understanding of (and passion for) SEO, PPC, Paid Social and digital marketing.
Digital marketing agency background, probably within client service and/or new business.
Proven flair for new business and business development; you certainly understand how to build and nurture a pipeline.
Your responsibilities Primarily, you will be working closely with the Founders of the agency, taking on and developing into a leading role within the business development team. You will be working within three areas of the business: 1. New business acquisition.
Following up with leads
Working with our service teams to form proposals
Pitching to prospect clients
Onboarding new clients to our service teams
Speaking with service teams about projects and costs
Speaking with departments to gather pitching info
Negotiations on pricing and contracts
2. Relationship building and networking.
Strategic partner relationship building

Base salary between £28-32k per annum depending on experience.
Commission structure on sales.
Currently remote, but we have an office in central Brighton.

Full-time role, 5 days per week (8 hours per day with an hour for lunch).
