What are we looking for?
At Momentum, Strategy plays an integral role in delivering innovative and thoughtful strategic solutions to complex brand and communications challenges on behalf of a portfolio of clients to our clients. This drives successful campaigns. The Director of Strategy will be tasked with spearheading and growing a international strategy discipline and making Momentum a key player in the market. They will also be responsible for being a strategic client partner and advisor, serving as an engagement manager across multiple clients and initiatives including – experience strategies, shopper strategies, virtual experience design, sponsorship/partnership portfolio management strategies, B2B & B2C experiential/events
The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset, ideally with a mix of digital, sponsorship, media strategy and analytics in their background. They would have successfully grown our business and led a high performing team.
This role will also be a key member on the UK Board, and part of shaping the wider vision and future of the Agency.
