How could you make a difference as a Senior Health Care Assistant with us?
Our Senior Health Care Assistants play an important and highly visible role in overseeing and delivering exceptional levels of care to our residents. With line management responsibility for a team of Care Assistants, you will work with trained Nurses to provide the Care Team with clear direction, development and support to carry out their day to day tasks. As Senior Health Care Assistant you'll also be pivotal in delivering care plans, providing companionship, and personal care for residents.
Your impact won't stop there though, the Senior Health Care Assistant is also instrumental to supporting family members and visitors by providing a friendly and knowledgeable presence.

What do you need to succeed?
Our mission is to provide exceptional homes for people to live, love and be loved where everyone is part of our Family. So to succeed in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of dementia and how it impacts on individuals, and previous experience of delivering care along with a care-related qualification including Medication Administration is essential.
