ASSISTANT FACILITIES MANAGER - Multi Site / Office Based
This role is open to varying levels of FM. Whether you are relatively new to the industry, perhaps as a Facilities Assistant OR a more experience Facilities Professional with few years under your belt.

Assistant Facilities Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the Hard Services contracts for clients within the Educational, Health and Pharma industries across the Cambridgeshire region
  • Able to produce project specific RAMS and excellent Health & Safety knowledge
  • Liaise with Client to conduct contract reviews and maintain SLA's
  • Monitor contract KPI's
  • Ensure maintenance programmes are adhered to
  • Reporting to the Contract and Maintenance Management team
  • A good understanding on Building Services M&E with an understanding of technical issues
  • Produce quotations for any remedial works
  • Oversee the engineering team
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers
Assistant Facilities Manager Skills & Qualifications:
  • An Engineering or FM based qualification would be ideal, but not essential depending on level of experience
  • IOSH - Beneficial
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Full UK Drivers Licence - Travel to site will be required from time to time.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
Assistant Facilities Manager Salary & Package:
  • Up to £37,000 Per Annum DOE
  • Company car
