The Digital Producer role is required to lead activity for the personal distribution channel in prioritising, optimising and delivering the right digital journeys and solutions for the business ambition. We’re looking for a fire starter, who is able to provide world-class expertise and agility in digital production whilst supporting the strategic road map for sales and service online. Sound good? What would my day look like?...
Well no day is the same that’s for sure! You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized digital projects for our online experiences, including optimisation requirements. With this, you’ll also need to ensure, once projects are delivered they are measured to determine success or failure.
With a keen eye for detail, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and is confident in providing a digital input into Group businesses in relation to digital initiatives and deliveries on future business propositions.
Efficient in your daily routines you will be producing key project documents to a high standard, including Terms of Reference, project delivery velocity and forecasts for deliveries, business requirements, plans, risks/ issues logs, end of project reviews and benefit realisation reports. Highly motivated, you will always ensure all solutions are delivered adhering to digital processes, governance, standards and guidelines.
There are a few essentials you'll need…
We're looking for an influencer. We want you to be passionate about customer journeys and online experiences, digital technology and continuous improvement. We’d love it if you had:
• Experience of managing and monitoring complex digital projects including engagement with third parties and influential stakeholders.
• Agile delivery experience
• Good knowledge of the online/mobile medium and technologies, processes and capabilities.
• Experience of collaborative tools including Microsoft and Atlassion platforms.
• Understanding of digital technologies and techniques
