HR Business Partner - 6 month FTC Brand: Estée Lauder Companies Description The Estée Lauder Companies is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) on a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to be made permanent within the Human Resources department at Whitman Laboratories. The HRBP provides strategic HR support to stakeholders and management in order to embed and deliver the HR and Plant Strategy. As a trusted partner you will work with a variety of teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, whilst implementing and shaping effective people strategies and activities within the organisation. You will drive the achievement and development of the business objectives through; employee engagement, talent acquisition/development, organisational design, workforce planning metrics and become the subject matter expert for a variety of projects and responsibilities, including: enhancing business processes, aligning positions and jobs, designing and planning any change to shift patterns to meet business requirements. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: - Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges - Providing guidance on people practices such as succession planningand local talent councils - Provide a first class service to the business by providingproactive, pragmatic and risk-assessed advice. Ensure Managers are aware oflegislation and risks involved in decisions - Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help thebusiness area to deliver its strategy - Influencing and building relationships with people around thebusiness - Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teamsthat are implementing new people approaches - Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of peopleand business issues - Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to helpimprove business efficiency. What is key to have for a successful candidate? - Bachelors' Degree or equivalent professional qualifications - Professional certification in a related discipline (CIPD) - Proven HR experience and working directly with and supportingvarious stakeholders - Experience implementing and coordinating multiple projects underglobal direction and/or in pharma/FMCG/cosmetics environment is a plus. - If you enjoy working in an environment where you can make adifference, and work within a unique culture, we would love to hear from you.
