Crest Nicholson Chiltern are growing their team to recruit a Build Manager (Contracts Manager) to manage multiple sites in the Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas. Each site comes with its own challenges and complexities, incorporating bespoke and highly technical builds on a large scale. The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role where you have been managing multi-site environments, led large teams of trades people and produced high quality residential schemes of both traditional homes, RC frame apartments and timber frame builds. You will be a highly skilled Manager, able to work to a detailed programme, establishing a timeline which will guarantee a production rate in line with forecast and budget as well as available trades.
To be successful within Crest Nicholson you will be expected to constantly work to improve our build patterns, suggesting any improvements or additions which could positively impact our staff, the end product and the build process as a whole.
