I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a domiciliary care company in Havering. Salary £30K with salary incentives to increase up to £36K.
This company are already well established and have home care branches across the UK. This branch is newish to the group and is therefore looking for a strong and confident Manager who can build the service in the area.
The Position: As Registered Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited too;
Take responsibility for the daily running of the branch
Recruit additional team members, as and when needed
Market the business to attract new customers and secure new contracts
Ensure that the branch is consistently adhering to CQC and work to make continuous improvements
Monitor the level of care and support that is provided to all customers
Qualified to Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or equivalent
Experience of working within and managing a domiciliary care branch
Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle is essential
